We are incredibly excited to announce that the fantastic local Brightwell Vineyard of nearby Wallingford, will be appearing in the Humble Country marquee, at BBC Countryfile Live. They grow 8 varieties of grape, from which they produce the most beautiful white, rose, red & sparkling wines in the on-site winery. Using minimal intervention they often win medals at Regional, National and International competitions – WOW!
We are also delighted that the winemaker himself will be in the Humble Country Marquee to offer tastings, advise on their wines, perhaps tutor a little and tell us the wonderful story of vine to bottle – what could be better! Well, sampling actually – you will be able to taste these amazing award-winning wines in the Humble Country marquee as well. With the forecast looking increasingly promising for the duration of the show, make sure you pop by and quench your thirst, and experience just how great English wine can be.
